SERVICES
Haymaker Farms Event Center:
Wedding & Reception
- Up to 5 hours total farm use time
- Decorating Time $35 per hour
- Use of event center building for up to 3 hours
- Guests must provide and setup wedding cake
PRICING: (with meal service)
- 30-50 Guests $1200
- 51-80 Guests $1800
- 81-100 Guests $2300
- Additional guests over 100 – $15/per guest
- + $400 additional charge for use of venue (event center and outdoor chapel)
Facility Only Rental
(All General rules apply / farm staff will be on premises)
PRICING:
- $800 for 3 hours use along with $200 refundable deposit
- $1200 for wedding/reception use along with $200 refundable deposit
Deposit refunded if all areas are clean and acceptable to event staff member on duty.
RESERVATIONS:
- 10% Deposit (non-refundable) due at time of facility reservation
- Remaining balance due 10 days prior to event
EVENT CENTER INFORMATION:
- No alcohol allowed on premises
- Smoking in designated areas ONLY
- No smoking EVER inside any buildings
- No Sunday rentals
- All meals include iced tea, lemonade, coffee, and water
- Soft serve ice cream offered during summer events
- Popcorn included in all rentals
- Standard table decorating – red tablecloths
- Guests may decorate
- No permanent decorations can be removed
- No tables can be relocated once the agreed layout decision is made
- No Left-over food that we provide can be removed from premises
